I recently purchased three of the Sliquid Swirl flavouredlubricants: Strawberry & Pomegranate, Blue Raspberry, and Cherry Vanilla. Sliquid had already won me over before the lubricants arrived at my door. This is because they clearly answered all my problems without me having to perform in-depth searches beforehand. Before purchasing this product through drugstore.com, I had never tried any kind of feminine washing products. While I don't use Sliquid Splash Gentle Feminine Wash daily, when I do, it's always non-irritating, and it makes me feel clean and great smelling (the grapefruit thyme scent is wonderful; a little floral & fruity).

I'm not typically a fan of flavored lubricant – I like girls that taste likes girl – but I do like the Sliquid line and after seeing the thoughtful ingredient list, I decided I'd give it a shot. Since it was a big selling point, let me talk about the ingredients. Those of you who are try to avoid yeast infections will be glad to hear that Cherry Vanilla Swirl is both glycerin and sugar free. You also won't find any controversial parabens or any animal products at all. That's right, this lube is the perfect gift for your vegan friends! There are a lot of people cranking out lube with ingredients I do my best to avoid, so it's nice to see Sliquid working hard to create safe products.

If someone handed you a bottle of a mysterious clear liquid and asked it to rub it on your bits, you would probably decline, right? Believe it or not, you might as well do this when you're buying certain types of lube. As you know, there are an incredible amount of unsafe sex toys and dodgy lubes out there and that's why I've been on a personal mission to find a safe lube that doesn't suck.

And, ladies and gentleman, I think I may have found one.

My favorite candy flavor is Green Apple, so when I saw this lubricant I knew I had to try it. Being a simple person, I don’t typically purchase items like this, but the information on the bottle alone was enough to get me to bite: it is vegan. It is not tested on animals. It is water based and hypoallergenic. It tastes like candy, and it is “guaranteed to last longer than most Hollywood marriages.”

There's a lot of flavored lubes out there, but let's face it: Most of them taste like plastic (or worse... pina colada-flavored anything is a definite seduction don't). So we were a little skeptical that Sliquid Swirl Green Apple Tart lube would be any different, despite being a) a best-seller at Babeland.com, b) recommended by the Babeland staff — and who knows their lubes if not the pros?

If you like tasty lubes, but hate the taste of most lubes, you should def. check out Sliquid’s line of yummy water-based delights. Blue Raspberry is my favorite taste treat, but there’s also green apple and cherry vanilla to whet his willy, or to help wet the tunnel to her womb (hey, I was looking for another “w” here). And sliquid is glycerin free (which means no extra sugar) and they now have an organic line too, it’s just not as tasty.

When it comes to personal lubricants, we usually yawn and look for a way out when vendors extoll the virtues of this one or that, but we found ONE man who wouldn't be denied his product's place at our bedside. Now, imagine someone trying to sell something as mundane and boring as personal lubricants. I mean, it's one thing to be shown a vibrator that looks like a corncob or a puppet of a giant vagina, but LUBE? That has to be about the toughest sell in any industry (kind of like selling bottled water, right? "Hey, my water is clearer than theirs!") and we usually pass the booths hawking the slippery stuff with a nod of our heads and a tip of our caps.
